Territory Growth Specialist
Position Overview
We are partnering with a growing, multi-location healthcare organization to identify a Territory Growth Specialist to drive referral growth, community engagement, and market development within an assigned territory.
This is a highly relationship-driven, field-based business development opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the market, building connections, developing referral partnerships, and creating measurable growth. The Territory Growth Specialist will serve as a key external representative for the organization, developing relationships with healthcare providers, community partners, and other referral sources while partnering closely with local practice teams to turn market activity into new patient opportunities.
This is not a clinical position. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of outside sales, relationship development, territory management, and community engagement experience. Previous healthcare or dental experience is beneficial but not required.
