- Drive sales through the Banca (VRM) channel.
- Manage and strengthen partner bank relationships.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team.
- Ensure achievement of business targets and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in Life Insurance/Banca Sales.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in driving sales performance.
