Territory Incharge

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Identify new opportunities for primary sales and secondary sales through effective channel distribution networks.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize product placement strategies.

Job Requirements :

• 2-12 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in channel sales, dealer handling, or distributor handling.
• Strong understanding of general trade channels including primary & secondary sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
