What they need
Role & Resposibilities
- Drive Agriculture implement sales in assigned territory.
- Develop, expand, and manage dealer & distributor network.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure market growth.
- Strengthen customer relationships and resolve dealer/customer queries.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking to support business growth.
- Support in promotional activities, product demonstrations, and campaigns.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong dealer & distributor management skills
- Good communication, negotiation & relationship management abilities
- Graduate (B.Tech - Mechanical / Agri /Diploma - Mechanical/ Agri )
- Experience in the Tractor, Farm Equipment, Automobile, Agricultural Machinery will be preferred
