Territory Manager-APC Channel

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency channel.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective agent recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, brokers, and other partners to drive business growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion into new territories.

Job Requirements :

• 3-20 years of experience in insurance industry or related field.
• Proven track record in managing teams or agencies with excellent results.
• Strong understanding of APC (Agency Channel) operations and regulations.
