Territory Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory/Relationship Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you wil be responsible for generating leads through cold calling, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Calling Potential Leads
• Lead generation
• Appointment confirmation
• Customer engagement
• Feedback sharing onto customer feedback
• Sales process
• Task prioritization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Ideal Candidate

• 1-5 years of experience in Real Estate / B2C / Direct Sales
• Strong skills in closures, negotiation, and client handling
• Experience in property sales / channel sales (preferred)
• Target-driven with a high earning mindset
• Team handling experience is an added advantage.
