Role & responsibilities

• Drive direct sales growth within the assigned segment by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing accounts.
• Grow sales revenue and strengthen customer relationships across the designated territory through effective account and territory management.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies based on customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.
• Analyze sales and customer data to identify opportunities, improve sales effectiveness, and proactively address customer and business issues.
• Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to support the sales process and drive conversions.
• Ensure timely order closure and collection of customer payments in line with company policies and credit terms.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets while working independently with a proactive, disciplined, and results-oriented approach.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication skills
• BSC & Hospitality/ Facility Management sales background will be preferred
