Territory Manager

The Opportunity

This is your chance to join a highly regarded global medical device organisation as a Territory Manager, specialising in Arthroplasty and Trauma.

You will take ownership of an established South Island territory, with a strong focus on Christchurch and key regional centres and inherit strong, established customer relationships while having the autonomy to grow the territory and develop new business.

Working closely with surgeons, nurses, theatre teams and hospital stakeholders, you will provide clinical education, product support and exceptional customer service, while driving sales and growth across a respected arthroplasty and trauma portfolio. The role includes an on-call component to support the trauma portfolio.

You will be supported by an experienced Sales Manager and a collaborative, high-performing team, with excellent training and ongoing development. An experienced Clinical Specialist is also based in Christchurch, providing additional support within the territory.

About You

We are looking for a relationship-driven and commercially minded healthcare professional who enjoys working with clinicians and delivering strong customer outcomes.

Ideally, you will have:

• Medical device sales experience within a hospital or theatre environment
• Experience working with surgeons and clinical teams
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, self-driven approach to territory management.
• The ability to identify opportunities and turn them into commercial results.

We would also love to hear from you if you have clinical background such as Physiotherapy, Registered Nursing or another health or science discipline, with a genuine interest in medical device sales, business development and improving patient outcomes.
