About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager Territory to drive business growth across the assigned geography. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy managing sales operations, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence in a fast-growing logistics and supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow business through booking associates across the assigned territory
• Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers directly and through channel partners
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through territory mapping and market coverage
• Conduct price negotiations and periodic business reviews
• Monitor competitors and market trends to strengthen business strategy.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Indian geography and regional markets
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Customer-focused with a results-driven approach
• Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
Experience: 1 to 4 years in a similar Business Development / Territory Sales role

Additional Requirements

• Must have own conveyance.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territory.
• Open to relocate to the job location
