Territory Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manages base business growth and overall customer and stakeholder relationship, as well as identifies new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Monitors collection efficiency, active/inactive accounts, and collects from special/top accounts.
• Updates customer profiles, oversees clean-up of database including TCD/PCD accounts, rate code classification, and other relevant information to maintain accurate database and protect the base business performance of the territory.
• Submits accurate demand forecasting based on demand trends, area development and other factors (supply, pressure, weather, temperature, etc.)
• Develops and maintains positive customer relations in assigned territory.
• Addresses customer concerns, requests and complaints according to the regulatory standards.
• Recommends and implements changes and/or programs to manage and improve profitability of the assigned territory.
• Inspects and approves water service applications within assigned territory in compliance with Regulatory SLA.
• Proposes and oversees overall project management within the assigned territory to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders necessary to develop a proactive stakeholder management plan.
• Initiates programs and mechanisms to promote stakeholder engagement on company programs and activities.
• Recommends new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Participates and supports proposed, on-going and new growth projects within the territory.
• Facilitates and expands information base of new clients that will open doors for new business opportunities outside territory.
• Monitors supply and pressure in the area and escalates reports to Technical Team whenever the pressure is below the standard requirement.
• Monitors Non-Revenue Water (NRW) and manages resolution of leaks, illegal connection, and other possible losses to improve NRW in the territory.
• Coordinates and monitors the scheduled Barangay/s for Desludging, within assigned territory.
• Monitors accomplishments and resolves issues that may arise during implementation of scheduled activities.

Qualifications:

• Must be Bachelor’s/College Degree Graduate in Business Administration/Management, Marketing or its equivalent
• 1-3 years working experience in business development, sales, marketing, and account management is a plus
• Must be willing to work in any of the Service Areas (Quezon City, Makati, Pasig, San Juan, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Taguig, Pateros or Rizal)
• Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office Applications
• Must have critical thinking and multi-tasking skills
• Must know how to drive manual transmission and must have a Driver’s License
