Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Market Planning to drive network coverage planning for the Airtel Broadband business across the circle. The role will involve identifying high-potential markets, assessing business viability, coordinating market surveys, evaluating rollout costs, and working closely with Network and internal teams to drive successful network expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential markets for new broadband network rollout and operations across the circle.
• Segment markets based on business potential and relevant selection criteria.
• Coordinate field-level surveys to assess market potential and customer segmentation.
• Estimate network rollout costs for identified markets.
• Work closely with the Network team to evaluate rollout feasibility and optimize costs.
• Present rollout plans to internal stakeholders and obtain required approvals and sign-offs.
• Coordinate with local bodies, authorities, and building associations for necessary permissions.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks during market assessment, planning, and rollout stages.
• Analyze market and business data to identify opportunities and derive actionable insights.
• Ensure effective execution by collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Full-time Graduate degree, preferably MBA/PGDM.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Broadband / Telecom.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with large cross-functional teams and drive execution.
