Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and business targets within the assigned territory.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Lead, motivate and monitor the field sales team.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and sales performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations.

Requirements

• Experience: 4-5 years
• Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
