Tympa Health is a team of doctors and technology experts united by a mission to help the world achieve better ear and hearing health. We built the world's first all-in-one ear and hearing healthcare assessment platform, combining digital otoscopy, wax removal, and hearing screening into a single 30-minute appointment, and we're now bringing that platform to primary care practices across the US.

We're hiring our founding Dallas–Fort Worth sales representative to build the North Texas market from the ground up and have partnered with The Mullings Group, the world's #1 MedTech Search Firm.

• Backed by a recent $23M Series A and led by founder Dr. Krishan Ramdoo, an ENT surgeon who built Tympa after seeing the gaps in hearing care firsthand

• Proprietary hardware platform, not a commodity diagnostic box: HD digital otoscopy, microsuction, and hearing screening in one device, backed by an AI-guided clinical workflow
• Untreated hearing loss is linked to $22K+ in added healthcare costs and higher rates of cognitive decline — you're selling a real fix to a documented gap in care, not a nice-to-have

What you'll do:

• Own new business development across primary care offices in the DFW metro
• Run both in-person and virtual sales cycles, from qualifying inbound leads to closing
• Build the territory playbook other reps will follow as Tympa scales in Texas

What we're looking for:

• Experience selling into primary care physician offices
• A high-activity, relationship-driven seller who moves pipeline fast
• Comfortable building a market rather than inheriting one
• Audiology background not required
