CLEANFUEL IS HIRING: TERRITORY MANAGER

PANGASINAN / SAN JUAN / TARLAC AREA

Cleanfuel is looking for an experienced Territory Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple gasoline stations within an assigned territory. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to regularly travel across Pangasinan, San Juan, Tarlac, and nearby areas.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the overall operations of multiple Cleanfuel stations within the assigned territory.

• Conduct regular station visits to assess operations, manpower, equipment, customer service, safety, and cleanliness.
• Ensure that assigned stations consistently follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Monitor station performance and identify areas requiring corrective action or improvement.
• Ensure proper manpower deployment and address staffing or operational concerns when needed.
• Monitor compliance with internal standards and operational audit requirements.
• Guide and support Station Supervisors, Cashiers, and Pump Attendants in carrying out their responsibilities.
• Provide coaching and on-site guidance to improve station performance and service standards.
• Coordinate with the appropriate departments regarding operational issues, equipment concerns, and other station requirements.
• Address issues encountered in the field and provide timely operational support.
• Maintain consistent service, safety, and operational standards across all assigned stations.
• Travel regularly between stations and provide hands-on support based on business requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least five (5) years of experience in Area Management, Territory Management, or a similar multi-site operations position.
• Background in the fuel, retail, FMCG, sales, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage and monitor multiple locations simultaneously.
• Willing to undertake frequent travel and field assignments.
• Willing to oversee stations within Pangasinan, San Juan, Tarlac, and nearby areas.
• High level of mobility and flexibility is required for this position.

This is a field-based position. The successful candidate must be willing to travel regularly between assigned stations and respond to operational requirements across the territory.
