Territory Manager

主要职能 Primary Function:

Territory Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the market adoption of medical device products, implementing compliant and effective sales strategies that achieve targets and enhance market share. Key functions include building ethical and professional relationships with healthcare professionals, providing comprehensive training and support to team members, monitoring sales performance, collaborating with marketing and regulatory teams, managing the sales budget, and preparing reports on sales performance and market trends for senior management.

主要职责 Major Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and Implement Sales Strategies : Create and execute compliant and targeted sales strategies for medical device products to meet objectives and expand market share effectively.
• Build and Maintain Relationships : Establish and nurture ethical and professional relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to enhance product familiarity and adoption.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, device support, medical & supply chain teams to ensure cohesive medical device product positioning and compliance with industry standards.
• Compliance Responsibilities Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements and company policies to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.

任职要求 Qualifications:

• University graduate, preferably with a degree in a science-related discipline
• At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality, complemented by strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
