Job Description

Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous experience within residential lettings or property management to join us as a Territory Manager. However, we will also consider exceptional candidates with less industry experience who demonstrate excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone, alongside a professional, confident and customer-focused approach.

  • Liaising with the Onboarding Team regarding referencing and ensuring prospective tenants provide all necessary information.
  • Preparing inventories documenting the condition of properties prior to the commencement of a tenancy.
  • Meeting new tenants at the property, conducting move-ins, showing them around their new home and handing over keys and relevant information.
  • Revisiting properties midway through an active tenancy to check their condition, producing a brief report and providing this to the Property Manager.
  • Discussing any maintenance issues identified with tenants in occupation.
  • Liaising with Property Managers, where required, to ensure maintenance issues are appropriately addressed before new tenants take occupation or during an active tenancy.
  • Completing post-appointment administration, including chasing feedback, agreeing deals, preparing reports, updating software and sending relevant information, whilst working closely with Property Managers.
  • Preparing check-out reports at the end of a tenancy to document the condition of the property.
  • Carrying out general Property Management duties.
  • Completing regular site visits.
  • Carrying out sign-off visits following works.
  • Following key checking-in and checking-out procedures and completing required audits.
  • Undertaking any other ad hoc duties as required.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using technology and property management systems.
  • A positive, proactive and can-do attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Industry qualifications such as ARLA, or a willingness to work towards them, are preferred but not essential.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence.

  • Contributory pension scheme for long-term financial security.
  • Recognition programmes celebrating employees who demonstrate our Values & Behaviours.
