Territory Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, highly motivated Territory Manager to join a world leader in medical technology within our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division.

In this role, you will represent market-leading technologies including cutting-edge pacemaker technology, delivering innovative solutions to healthcare professionals and improving patient lives across New South Wales.
Reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth, manage key hospital accounts, and provide essential clinical support.

Key Responsibilities & Scope:

• Territory Management & Growth: Drive sales volume, meet portfolio targets (across low voltage, high voltage, and leadless categories), and increase market share across designated hospital networks.
• Clinical Support & Case Coverage: Provide high-level clinical technical support during implant procedures and post-case follow-ups.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, long-term relationships with Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Cath Lab teams, and hospital administrators.
• Customer Training & Education: Assist in conducting educational workshops and on boarding programs to support clinician development and product adoption.
• Operational Excellence: Manage consignment stock, optimise procedure scheduling, and maintain strong territory administration.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Medical Device Sales or Clinical Specialist support is mandatory.
• Clinical Background: Experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or working with complex, procedure-enabling medical devices is highly advantageous.
• Mindset & Drive: Strong work ethic, high energy, resilience, and the self-motivation required to manage an autonomous field schedule.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the confidence to discuss complex cardiac technologies and clinical data with medical specialists.
