We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Territory Manager to support the launch and development of Vet-Concept / EUVETPET in the Czech Republic .

This is an exciting opportunity to join at an early stage of our Czech market development and play a key role in building Vet-Concept’s presence among veterinary clinics and professionals.

Vet-Concept is a German premium pet nutrition brand with a strong focus on veterinary-recommended nutrition, dietetic products and long-term cooperation with veterinary professionals .

As our Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing the Czech veterinary market, establishing relationships with veterinary clinics and converting these relationships into sustainable commercial partnerships.

Your responsibilities

You will:

·      develop Vet-Concept’s presence in the Czech veterinary market

·      identify, target and visit veterinary clinics and veterinary professionals across your territory

·      introduce the Vet-Concept product portfolio, nutritional concept and veterinary partnership model

·      acquire new veterinary partners and support their onboarding

·      build strong, long-term relationships with veterinarians and clinic decision-makers

·      educate veterinary professionals about Vet-Concept products, indications and nutritional solutions

·      support veterinarians in recommending appropriate Vet-Concept products to pet owners

·      generate and follow up commercial opportunities

·      systematically manage your territory, customer pipeline and visit plan

·      monitor customer development, sales performance and market potential

·      represent Vet-Concept at veterinary congresses, conferences and professional events

·      gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitors, customer needs and market developments

·      collaborate closely with the Export, Marketing and Customer Service teams

·      contribute actively to the successful launch and growth of Vet-Concept in the Czech Republic .

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with a genuine commercial mindset.

Ideally, you have:

·      previous experience in veterinary sales, animal health, pet nutrition, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or another field-based B2B sales role

·      an existing understanding of the Czech veterinary market and preferably a network among veterinary clinics

·      experience in new customer acquisition and territory development

·      confidence in approaching new customers and building relationships from the ground up

·      strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

·      a structured and independent way of working

·      an entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for developing a new market

·      willingness to travel regularly throughout the Czech Republic

·      a valid driving licence.

Czech: Native or fluent

English: Good professional working proficiency

A veterinary, animal nutrition, animal health or life-science background is an advantage but not mandatory if you have strong relevant commercial experience.
