Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify and onboard prospective franchise partners through various channels.
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle including presentations, negotiations, agreements, and due diligence.
- Conduct orientation sessions and ensure smooth onboarding.
Revenue & Business Growth
- Drive revenue targets from acquired franchisees.
- Ensure timely DEMAT account opening and business activation.
- Conduct regular business reviews and support franchisees in achieving profitability.
Network Expansion & Support
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, finance, and legal teams for seamless execution.
- Identify expansion opportunities and support local marketing initiatives to accelerate growth.
