What they need

Brandt Tractor Ltd. is currently seeking a Territory Manager for our Edmonton location.

The Territory Manager plays a critical role in developing, managing, and growing customer relationships throughout a large and diverse geographic territory. Success in this position requires extensive travel within the Area of Responsibility (AOR), including regular overnight stays, to maintain strong customer engagement and ensure comprehensive territory coverage.

The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time in the field meeting with existing and prospective customers, visiting job sites, identifying opportunities, and developing solutions that support their businesses. This role requires a self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently, managing a travel schedule, and building relationships through consistent face-to-face interaction.

A successful Territory Manager will develop extensive knowledge of all potential users of new and used Construction & Forestry equipment within their designated AOR and actively participate in understanding the purchasing and rental activities of customers throughout the territory. The TM will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase sales and rental revenue while maintaining regular communication with management regarding customer activity, market intelligence, and competitive developments.

In addition to promoting and selling New and Used Wholegoods, the Territory Manager will identify and develop opportunities across all Brandt divisions, including Parts & Service, On Highway Truck & Trailer, Agriculture, Material Handling, and other products represented or manufactured by Brandt.

Candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel, overnight stays, and maintaining a highly visible presence throughout Northwest Saskatchewan. Strong relationship-building skills, effective time management, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are essential for success in this role.

Previous sales experience and/or knowledge of construction and forestry industries would be considered an asset.
