- Dealer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with two-wheeler dealerships, manufacturers, and channel partners to ensure steady loan referrals.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify potential buyers, map catchment areas, and drive the acquisition of new two-wheeler loan customers.
- Portfolio & Target Management: Meet and exceed month-on-month targets for loan disbursals and Asset Under Management (AUM) while maintaining a high-quality, risk-averse portfolio.
- Team Leadership: Train, monitor, and coach on-ground Sales Executives and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed.
- Compliance & Credit: Ensure all loan applications adhere to the organization's credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards
