What they need

Territory Manager - Urology & ENT | Medical Devices | London

Location: London (field-based, candidates must be based on-patch or within easy reach of the M25)

Salary: DOE + up to 40% quarterly bonus (with overachievement potential up to 80% of base) + fully electric company car or car allowance

Type: Permanent, full-time

About the company:

Our client is a fast-growing global leader in single-use medical device technology, with a strong and expanding presence in the UK market. Following a period of significant growth and investment, they are scaling up their commercial team and are looking for an ambitious Territory Manager to take ownership of a high-value London territory within their Urology & ENT portfolio. This is a business at an exciting inflection point - established enough to offer real stability and world-class products, but still agile enough that the right person can genuinely shape how the territory and wider business develops. There's a clear pathway for career growth, including exposure to global projects and future international opportunities for high performers. The role:You'll take full ownership of a London-based territory, working across both acute (NHS trust) and non-acute clinical settings, engaging a broad range of stakeholders including clinicians, procurement, clinical directors, and infection control teams. This is a genuine 360 sales role - you'll be expected to identify opportunities, build compelling value-based cases (not just product features), and manage your own pipeline with real autonomy over how you structure your week. You'll be selling a premium, single-use product into a market facing growing low-cost competition - so this role is suited to someone who can sell value, service and outcomes rather than compete purely on price.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a defined London territory across Urology & ENT
  • Qualify opportunities and identify all relevant buying influences and decision-makers, including non-clinical stakeholders
  • Build and present compelling health-economic and value-based arguments to a broad stakeholder audience
  • Manage your own pipeline and reporting via CRM
  • Gather and share market intelligence across the wider commercial team

What we're looking for:

  • A proven track record in medical device sales, ideally within endoscopy, urology, ENT, or a closely related theatre/hospital-based specialism
  • Strong existing NHS sell-in experience and comfort navigating trust and ICB-level stakeholders
  • A genuine value/service-led sales style - someone who can sell beyond price and product features
  • Evidence of strong, demonstrable sales performance (territory growth, sales figures) if coming from an adjacent product area
  • Self-starter mentality - comfortable managing an autonomous, field-based role
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • A completed (or willingness to complete) an accredited Theatre Access Course

What's on offer:

  • Competitive base salary with a strong bonus structure (uncapped upside)
  • Fully electric company car (or cash allowance alternative)
  • Genuine career progression within a business investing heavily in its people and its growth trajectory
  • The opportunity to help shape a growing territory and business at an early, formative stage

Desired Skills and Experience A proven track record in medical device sales, ideally within endoscopy, urology, ENT, or a closely related theatre/hospital-based specialism

Strong existing NHS sell-in experience and comfort navigating trust and ICB-level stakeholders

A genuine value/service-led sales style - someone who can sell beyond price and product features
