Territory Operator – Wellington

Red LBP – New Zealand’s biggest and best building inspection brand

We’re Red LBP. You’ve probably seen us around — the little red houses, Ace the dog, and a bunch of LBP legends changing the game when it comes to property inspections across New Zealand.

Usually, our business runs through franchisees – but demand in Wellington has gone absolutely nuts. So we’re doing something a bit different: we’re taking this territory on ourselves and looking for one seriously capable operator to take the reins.

👷‍♂️ The Role

You’ll be the go-to Red LBP in your region, covering Wellington plus surrounding area overflow. Your week will be a healthy mix of:

*Getting out on site and carrying out top-quality building inspections.

*Building relationships with real-estate agents, property managers, and other legends of the trade.

*Representing the Red LBP brand like a pro – with integrity, accuracy, and a bit of cheek.

You’ll be based in the field, working autonomously, with full remote support from our HO team (we’re pretty good at that).

💸 What’s in it for you

*A very generous base salary + bonuses (you’ll love payday).

*Company vehicle, gear, and tech setup.

*Full training and support – our systems are slick, easy to use, and purpose-built for LBPs.

*Pathway to ownership if you ever want to run your own Red LBP business down the track.

👊 You’ll totally suit this gig if:

*You’re an LBP builder with plenty of residential experience under your belt.

*You’re tech-savvy and confident using digital tools and report systems. You also understand the importance of following instructions

*You’re motivated, reliable, and trustworthy – the kind of person who doesn’t need hand-holding.

*You love meeting people, building connections, and turning those into opportunities.

*You’ve got a good sense of humour and enjoy being part of an awesome crew – we’re a lively bunch.

❤️ Why Red LBP?

We’re not your typical building inspection company. We’re a national network of builders who actually love what we do, and we’ve built a brand that reflects it – energetic, honest, and always striving to raise standards in the industry.

We look after our people, our franchisees, and our communities. And now, you could be part of that story.

Ready to jump in? Send us your CV to [email protected] and a quick note about why you’d be a great fit. No generic cover letters please - show us you vibe through your intro, cool cats with an LBP license need only apply!
