Territory Representative

About the role

Macare Medicals, Inc. is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Territory Representative to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, implementing products, and providing technical and application support to healthcare professionals and laboratory customers within your assigned territory.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical knowledge, sales expertise, communication skills, and customer relationship management while working with innovative medical and laboratory diagnostic technologies.

What you'll be doing

• Drive sales through effective product presentations, demonstrations and implementation activities for healthcare professionals and laboratorians
• Build and maintain strong end-user relationship through consistent customer engagement activities
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base with assigned territory

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in allied health (Medical Technology, Nursing, Biology, Molecular Biotechnology, etc.), marketing, business management and other related courses
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in medical devices, laboratory diagnostics, and healthcare sales are encouraged to apply
• Willing to travel (driver's license and passport preferred)
• Other work sites include: NCR, Central Luzon, Central Visayas, and Zamboanga
