Territory Sales Engineer

A.   Sales Generation

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets from existing and new customers
• Perform various sales activities to generate opportunities
• Monitor status of sales leads and projects, taking necessary actions
• Negotiate effectively on price, credit terms, delivery, and product offer
• Close sales/projects with customers
• Coordinate transactions details with relevant departments (Inventory, Sales Coordinator, etc)

B.   Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain regular communication with customers via phone, email, or visits
• Attend to pre- and post-sales requirements (delivery, items, concerns), coordinating with the General Manager when necessary.

C.   Technical Support

• Provide support on product technicalities and specifications
• Orient and train new and regular team members on products and technical matters
• Address technical inquiries from sales personnel and customers.

D.   Sales Pipeline

• Monitor status of quotations and sales leads.
• Follow up on opportunities to convert them into sales.

E.    Reporting and Data Management

• Prepare and submit accurate, timely reports for management decision-making
• Update customer database monthly.
