Territory Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads across Power, Business Automation, Test & Measurement, and Services/SLA.
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across key industries, including sporting goods, surgical instruments, leather, and general industrial manufacturing.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships throughout the assigned territory.
• Monitor sales pipelines, report customer visits, and provide regular updates on territory coverage and sales activities to the BDM/RSM.

Requirements:

• BSc/BE in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Candidates with a business-related degree may also be considered.
• 1–3 years of relevant technical or B2B sales experience.
• Must be a resident of Sialkot or nearby areas.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Sialkot, Gujranwala, Gujrat, and Wazirabad.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
