Territory Sales Executive

The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, market development, and customer relationship management for the Davo Health cares diagnostic products (Medtech product, Molecular diagnostic instruments, point-of-care solutions) within the assigned territory in .. The role requires strong field engagement with hospitals, laboratories, distributors, and key opinion leaders to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

2. Develop and execute territory business plans to increase market share.

3. Identify new business opportunities in hospitals, diagnostic labs, and healthcare institutions.

4. Manage and expand distributor/dealer networks across the region.

5. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clinicians and lab personnel.

6. Coordinate installations, training, and after-sales support with service teams.

7. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.

8. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends; provide feedback to management.

9. Ensure timely collections and compliance with company policies.
