Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Executive to manage sales activities within an assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for managing distributors and retailers, driving SIM card sales, and building and managing a sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop business within the assigned territory through field visits.
• Regularly visit and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Drive SIM card sales and activations through the assigned territory.
• Identify new retailers and business opportunities to expand market coverage.
• Build, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Assign territories/areas to team members and monitor their performance.
• Ensure proper availability and distribution of SIM cards across the market.
• Track sales performance and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Resolve distributor and retailer-related issues and maintain strong channel relationships.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand competition and improve sales.Role & responsibilities
