Territory Sales In charge

Role & responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for Sales & Distribution function for our range of product for assigned territory
• Operating one of our 4 distribution highway: Fresh, Frozen, Chilled and Ambient
• The candidate will be responsible for market coverage as well as market penetration for assigned territory
• The candidate will be also responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and strategizing business development
• The major responsibility includes sales planning, Logistics & Distribution Management, WD & Territory Management, Product Promotion, New Product Launches, Achievement of sales targets etc
• She/he is required to track and analyze competitors activities and suggest countermeasures from time to time
• Their success will be measured by the delivery of business critical goals, growth and gain in market share
• Must be willing to travel across the territory

Preferred candidate profile

• The candidate should be graduate in any discipline
• They should also have minimum 1 to 2 years of FMCG sales experience
• The candidates having knowledge of local language need only apply
• Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
