Key Responsibilities
- Manage territory sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Lead and monitor field sales executives.
- Handle distributors, dealers, FSEs, and channel partners.
- Drive customer acquisition and expand market presence.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor team performance.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales growth.
Prepare market intelligence and competitor activity reports and work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience and market performance.
