Roles & Responsibilities

• Work as a Field Relationship Manager (FRM) and handle daily field activities.
• Travel to customer location based on business requirements.
• Visit and interact with customers, property owners, and prospects.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties or NoBroker services.
• Visit properties, explain property/service details and support sales closure.
• List and update properties on the NoBroker website/app.
• Generate leads, follow up with customers and convert leads into sales..
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and property owners.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with daily field travel.
• Real estate experience preferred for relevant positions.
• Candidates with other relevant field sales/field work experience can apply for suitable positions.
• Bike and valid driving license mandatory.
• Hindi/local language knowledge based on the respective location.
