Territory Sales Manager

JOB OBJECTIVE

Drive sales growth and market expansion within the assigned territory by promoting Slaney HealthCare's surgical, consumable, and medical device portfolio. Develop strong customer relationships, strengthen distribution networks, and achieve sales targets while ensuring

customer satisfaction and business growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per business plans.
• Promote and generate demand for Slaney Healthcare products in assigned territories.
• Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, distributors, dealers, and healthcare professionals.
• Identify and appoint new distributors and channel partners to expand market coverage.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, corporate hospitals, and institutional customers.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, CMEs, camps, and promotional activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, territory reports, and market intelligence updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
