Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in the Ceramic or Building Materials industry.
- Strong exposure to B2B and B2C sales.
- Good network of Dealers, Distributors, and Architects across Rajasthan.
- Knowledge in working with the architect community and generating business through architect/specifier relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
