Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the territory sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Provide guidance, field support, and performance coaching to Distributor Sales Representative (DSR)
• Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with company objectives
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts
• Ensure timely follow-up and collection of outstanding payments from customers
• Monitor credit limits and coordinate with finance to manage receivables effectively.
• Report competition activity, pricing issues, product complaints, supply gaps)
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports, field activity reports, and market intelligence updates
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data in CRM systems
• Conduct regular market visits and joint fieldwork with Sales Officers
• Ensure proper product availability and visibility across the territory
• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG/Food products
• Prior experience in handling a territory independently
• Strong leadership and team management skills
