Territory Sales Manager

• Build and sustain Strong Relationships with a defined portfolio of customers, ensuring their business needs are understood and met.
• Deliver OB/IB annual and monthly targets for revenue, shipments and kilos while growing the existing customer base.
• Acquire new business, including first-time buyers and re-induction of lost customers, to expand market share.
• Conduct a minimum of six face-to-face customer visits per day, supported by regular sales calls, to drive customer satisfaction.
• Develop daily, weekly and monthly opportunity and visit plans to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Review customer pricing periodically, submit RFQs to Pricing and lead re-negotiation where actual volumes deviate from committed volumes.
• Ensure customers are well informed on FedEx services and charges.
• Manage customer inquiries through visits, email and phone, and provide timely market intelligence.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Finance/Credit and CT teams to resolve issues, ensure smooth pickups and support payment collection.
• Provide comprehensive after-sales support to ensure long-term customer retention.
