Territory Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

**Identify and develop new business opportunities in bakeries, patisseries, QSRs, and institutional clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
• Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and market penetration in the assigned territory
• Promote Tropolite’s range of bakery ingredients, creams, and specialty products
• Conduct product demonstrations and trials in coordination with the culinary/technical team
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies
• Collaborate with internal teams for order fulfillment, logistics, and customer satisfaction
  Key Requirements
• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in bakery, food ingredients, or FMCG
• Strong exposure to HORECA / QSR / bakery segment
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
