Cravy Fries is looking for an energetic and results-driven Territory Sales Officer (TSO) to join our growing Sales Team.
People with Horeca Experience are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Expand product availability and develop new markets and locations.
• Manage sales operations and market coverage within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key customers.
• Ensure proper product placement, display, branding, and visibility at retail outlets.
• Coordinate with distributors and monitor stock availability.
• Provide daily sales updates and reports to the Sales Head.
• Support the training and development of new team members and resources.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall market expansion.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in Frozen, FMCG or the Food Industry.
• Previous experience in territory/area sales management. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory effectively.
