What they need
Accidental Health Melbourne provides workplace first aid, safety equipment, and training solutions to businesses across Victoria to ensure they meet OH&S compliance.
We're growing and looking for an experienced Territory Sales Representative who knows how to build relationships, find opportunities and turn conversations into business.
You'll manage an existing portfolio of customers within your territory while actively developing new business through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and identifying growth opportunities.
Our customers are diverse - from construction and industrial businesses through to corporate and government organisations…so you'll need to be comfortable dealing with people at all levels.
What you'll be doing
- Managing and growing an existing portfolio of customers.
- Prospecting and cold calling to generate new business.
- Identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services.
- Managing opportunities through the sales cycle, from first contact through to quote, follow-up and close.
- Visiting customers throughout your territory and building strong relationships.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending the right solutions.
- Keeping your sales pipeline and CRM information up to date.
- Assisting with first aid equipment checks and replenishment during customer visits where required.
This is first and foremost a customer-facing sales role. You'll be expected to get out, meet customers, find opportunities, and follow them through.
About you
We're looking for someone who already knows how to sell.
You'll ideally have:
- Proven B2B sales, territory sales, account management, or business development experience.
- A good understanding of the sales cycle.
- Confidence prospecting, cold calling and asking for the business.
- The ability to grow existing accounts as well as win new ones.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The commercial confidence to deal comfortably with different personalities and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach and strong follow-through.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
You'll be just as comfortable talking with someone on a construction site as you are meeting with a corporate or government decision-maker.
You don't need experience in workplace first aid or safety. We'll provide full training across our products, services, and industry.
Why join Accidental?
