The Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Territory Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. Based in Tauranga, you’ll manage a territory including the wider BOP & Waikato, visiting petrol stations and convenience stores. With your own customised vendor refill van, you’ll be the face of Signature Marketing NZ—bringing our top brands to life in store.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Handle merchandising, display cleaning, and ensure full compliance in store.
• Manage seasonal stock using planograms and introduce exciting new products.
• Report to the National Field Manager and achieve monthly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated, energetic, and detail-driven individuals.
• Someone able to commit to up to 8 nights away per month.
• Comfortable with long-distance driving.
• Strong cleaning and presentation skills.
• Previous Route market sales experience is an advantage, but your attitude matters most.
• A full NZ driver’s licence is essential.
