Territory Sales Representative

Our client is a premier building-products manufacturer known for its high-quality fastening solutions. They are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow their presence across Indiana by developing relationships with lumber yards, dealers, and distributors throughout the state.

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow relationships with lumberyards, dealers, and distributors across the territory.
• Develop new business and expand existing accounts through stocking, product adoption and pull-through opportunities.
• Work with distributor sales teams and lumberyard staff to create demand and increase sales.
• Conduct product training, demonstrations and customer visits to support product knowledge and sell-through.
• Own the territory independently, including prospecting, CRM activity, follow-up and account planning.

What You’ll Need

• Strong experience working with lumberyards, dealers, and distributors .
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow a territory.
• Understanding of pricing, margins, stocking decisions and the distributor sales process.
• Self-directed, relationship-driven and comfortable building a business with limited hand-holding.
