ABOUT THE ROLE:
Responsible for managing assigned territory to achieve sales, distribution, and collection targets. Handles retailer/GT accounts, executes sales and marketing activities, supports product launches, and ensures strong customer relationships and brand presence in the market.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve sales, distribution, and collection targets within the assigned territory
• Execute sales and marketing activities including product launches, branding, and merchandising
• Manage I&I accounts and ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Conduct field visits and maintain strong client relationships
• Introduce new products and support business growth initiatives
• Coordinate with Marketing and Product Development for market-driven strategies
• Provide merchandising and sell-out support to retailer channels
• Increase brand awareness and market presence of RGC Fabrics within assigned accounts

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, or related course
• With 1–2 years sales experience (Retail, FMCG, or General Trade)
• Experience in field sales and territory/account management
• Knowledgeable in sales, merchandising, distribution, and collection
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented and target-driven
• Willing to do fieldwork and handle assigned territory
• Must possess good driving skills with knowledge of defensive driving and road safety practices
• Holder of a valid Professional Driver’s License
