We're Hiring: Territory Sales Representative – Northern California/Bay Area!

We're seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join a respected leader in modular construction and educational facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established Northern California territory, drive new business, and help shape the future of K-12 learning environments.

Territory: East Bay & North Bay, including Walnut Creek, Concord, Pleasanton, Livermore, Santa Rosa, and Napa.

What You'll Do:

• Drive new business development and expand market presence.
• Build relationships with school districts, facility directors, architects, and construction professionals.
• Identify opportunities early and manage projects from initial conversations through contract award.
• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy with the support of an experienced internal team.

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of outside sales, territory sales, or business development experience.
• A proven hunter mentality with strong relationship-building and closing skills.
• Experience in construction, modular buildings, educational facilities, or related industries preferred.
• A self-motivated professional who thrives on networking, building partnerships, and winning business.
