Territory Sales Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular feedback and guidance to team members.
• Conduct field visits and assist the team in sales activities, customer acquisition, and client relationship management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and productivity.
• Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies, procedures, and programs.
• Monitor team attendance, daily activities, and overall productivity.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and performance updates to management.
• Handle customer concerns and assist the team in resolving sales-related issues.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Willing to report to the office in Lipa City, Batangas.
• Must know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, client visits, and other sales-related activities.
• With good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of motivating a sales team.
• Willing to travel as required by the job.
