What they need
- Monitor daily operations of all gasoline stations on assigned territory, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Evaluate station performance in terms of sales, customer service, inventory management, and compliance.
- Ensure that all stations maintain high levels of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular station visits to ensure that Station Supervisors comply with operational standards.
- Develop and implement localized strategies to increase volume per station.
- Find and develop new markets and improve sales
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year business course
- With at least 2-3 years of experience in Retail Petroleum
- Can drive four wheels
- Familiarity in south and north luzon areas
