Territory Supervisor

About the role

PROS MARKETING is seeking a Territory Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Nueva Ecija, Central Luzon. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing sales operations and team performance within your assigned territory. As Territory Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales excellence, managing team members, and ensuring consistent delivery of our retail and consumer products to customers. This role is essential to our growth strategy and directly impacts our market presence and customer satisfaction in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of sales representatives and field staff within the assigned territory
• Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions to ensure goals are achieved
• Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to develop team capabilities and product knowledge
• Maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts and customers in the territory
• Conduct field visits to assess sales activities, customer satisfaction, and market conditions
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance metrics, and territory analysis to management
• Implement promotional campaigns and merchandising initiatives to drive product visibility and sales
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation at retail locations
• Address customer concerns and resolve disputes to maintain positive business relationships
• Recruit, hire and onboard new team members as needed

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within retail or sales environments
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and consumer product distribution channels
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage teams to achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics
• Proficiency in using sales tracking software and basic computer applications
• Valid driver's licence with access to transportation for field visits
• Ability to work independently whilst maintaining strong team collaboration
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations effectively
• Knowledge of Nueva Ecija or Central Luzon region and local market dynamics is advantageous
