Territory Supervisor

About the role

Oversee the daily operations of all assigned gasoline stations within the territory. Monitor station sales, fuel volume, and overall business performance against targets. Regularly visit assigned stations to inspect operations, facilities, equipment, cleanliness, and customer service. Ensure compliance with company policies, operating procedures, safety standards, and government regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor station sales, fuel volume, and overall business performance against targets
• Develop and implement action plans to improve sales, volume, profitability, and station performance
• Regularly visit assigned stations to inspect operations, facilities, equipment, cleanliness, and customer service
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operating procedures, safety standards, and government regulations
• Monitor inventory, fuel stocks, product availability, and minimize product losses and variances
• Review station cash handling, cash drops, sales reports, and other financial controls
• Monitor the performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity of Station Supervisors and station personnel
• Coach and guide Station Supervisors in achieving operational, sales, and customer service objectives
• Conduct regular station audits and submit accurate reports, findings, and recommendations to management
• Coordinate with Retail, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, HR, and other departments regarding station concerns
