JOB SUMMARY
The TESDA Instructor – Driving NC II is responsible for delivering competency-based training for Driving NC II in accordance with TESDA Training Regulations, competency standards, and applicable road safety requirements. The instructor provides both theoretical and practical driving instruction, evaluates trainee performance, promotes safe and responsible driving practices, and ensures that trainees develop the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary to meet the required competencies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a holder of a Land Transport Light Vehicle NC II Certificate
- Must be a holder of a Trainer Qualification Level II (TQ II) Certificate
- Must be computer literate
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Must be physically and mentally fit
- Must have at least 1 year of industry experience in driving light vehicles
- Must possess a current Professional Driver's License issued by the LTO
- With Valid Certificate of No Apprehension
- Holder of a relevant 4-year degree course or Automotive Vocational Training Course
