Informatics Philippines is looking for qualified TESDA Trainers who can bring relevant industry experience and technical expertise to the classroom.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

TESDA Trainer – Technical Drafting

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Holder of relevant TESDA NC II/NC III, as applicable
• With TESDA Trainer Methodology (TM) qualification
• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD/CAD software
• Knowledgeable in technical drawings, plans, and drafting standards
• Training or teaching experience is preferred

TESDA Trainer – Contact Center Services

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, IT, Communication, or a related field
• Holder of relevant TESDA NC II, as applicable
• With TESDA Trainer Methodology (TM) qualification
• At least 2 years of BPO/Contact Center experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Knowledgeable in customer service, call handling, and CRM tools
• BPO Trainer, Team Leader, QA, or SME experience is preferred
