Salary: PHP 50,000 / month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join our Agile delivery team in Makati. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of our web and mobile applications through rigorous testing practices and close collaboration within a Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Design & Execution: Design, develop, execute, and maintain test scenarios, detailed test cases, and technical documentation based on business and technical requirements.
• Requirements Analysis: Review User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to ensure all requirements are comprehensive, clear, and testable.
• Quality Assurance: Perform thorough functional and non-functional testing across web and mobile platforms to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Reporting & Tracking: Evaluate test execution results and deliver timely, accurate status reports and defect updates to the Scrum team.
• Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in all Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance (QA) testing for both web and mobile applications.
• Domain & Technical Skills:
• Proven expertise in software testing methodologies (Regression, Exploratory, Mobile, System Integration, and Banking applications).
• Hands-on proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla, or similar).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
