Test Analyst

2 Roles:

Role 1:

Salary: Up to SGD 4500 + 1.5 months bonus

SCOPE OVERVIEW

• Participate in the end to end implementation for new product launches, campaigns, funds on-boarding and product implementation-related projects, with relevant stakeholders to facilitate and track the progress of the initiative to ensure a successful implementation

• Perform Product UAT testing to ensure product related requirements are tested successfully

• Understand product features and prepare product test cases/scenarios to ensure UAT testing scope is clear with proper documentation

• Drive and facilitate UAT daily stand-up between IT and Business users to ensure UAT progress is on track for sign off as per timeline

• Enforce use of best practices and frameworks for UAT management and sign off (i.e. proper test cases, defect tracking log, sign off and testing results)

• Ensure proper documentation for all implementation activities (i.e. Business Requirements submission, UAT testing results) to meet quality standards and governance at all times

• Support post deployment activities (i.e. communication, business verification with proper closure)

• To support any ad-hoc tracking/implementation activities

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• At least 3 years of experience in UAT testing and Business Analysis/Projects

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work well with a diverse range of stakeholders

• Proactive, fast learner, positive mindset and highly adaptable to change

• Team oriented and self-organized individual with an attitude to get things done

• Have the ability to multitask and work well with tight timelines

• Responsible and self-driven individual with minimal supervision needed

• Knowledge in Life Insurance will be a bonus

Role 2:

Salary: Up to SGD 3200

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Work closely with BA/Users to understand business requirements

* Create test scenarios and test cases

* Create test data

* Ensure test cases are manually executed in accordance with priority assigned

* Conduct functional and end-to-end testing

* Document all test results for verification

* Log testing defects for errors encountered during test execution

* Provide clarifications to the developer on the logged error

* Track and report testing progress and defects resolution progress

* Re-test fixed defects to ensure proper closure

* Initial investigation and verification of error against the business requirements

* Support test manager to track and report testing progress and defects resolution progress

* Re-test fixed defects to ensure proper closure

* Create and execute of automated tests

* Support User Acceptance Test Planning & automated and manual testing

REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum one year experience as tester, preferably testing insurance related application.

* Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines

* Familiar with Microsoft 365 - Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, SharePoint.

* Good Technical writing capability and communication skills

* Good communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

* Hardworking, dynamic, strong responsibility and a good team player

* Experience with Automated testing would be an advantage.
